It’s been a wonderful journey together. We started with a few but now we are many, not only in numbers but also in talents and creativity. We are beyond grateful to be blessed with our stylists, therapists, and specialists and their efforts and hardworks for this past 4 years. Without them, we wouldn’t be where we are right now.
Calling it “GEBY4R HOUZCALL”, all of HOUZCALL family gather together and celebrate Houzcall’s 4th birthday with warmth, foods, stylists/therapists’ appreciation, fun games, and more. Here’s a little recap of our journey.
We were established as premium salon by PT Houzcall Teknologi Indonesia in 2015. Then, less than one year later, we developed digital application for Salon by HOUZCALL and launched it on March 2016. Users can download it in apps store and available for both Android or iOS.
Furthermore, we offer some treatment including hair services (cut, blow, dan updo), nail services (manicure, pedicure, including gel remover), waxing, and massage for men, women, and kids.
Houzcall was built by David Susanto and his wife, Priescilia Chairil. The idea to build this company came up from David’s thoughts after observing his wife quite busy with her activity along the day.
“This application is user-friendly with simple concept by letting the customers book the treatment from their house, apartment, office, or even hotel. Next, customers decide the time and location. Then, therapist or stylist will accept the customers’ orders and comes immediately,” said David.
In our journey as a growing company, we realized that since 2016 to 2020, the booking number are increasing up to 40 times. Recently, Houzcall already gains 55K registered users and 250 therapists and stylists with the value of customer satisfaction as much as 4.8 up to 5 stars. Such an amazing achievement for us!

The series of Houzcall’s birthday celebration is in the form of games, karaoke, lunch together, and an interesting doorprize.
Then, Houzcall specialists gave appreciations to many dedicated partners in advancing Houzcall’s mission. These partners have brought so many successes for Houzcall, and it’s impossible to look into the future without them.
