Great Ways to Get a Healthy Scalp and Make your Hair Longer

You want longer, healthier hair? Perhaps you should look into how well you’re treating your scalp. Have a proper cleansing routine

For a healthy scalp, wash every two to three days. If you wash your hair more often, you’re at risk of drying out your scalp. Washing your hair less often than three to four times per week can cause an unhealthy buildup of oil and dirt on your scalp, which can clog follicles and may slow hair growth.

But just like your face requires moisturizer, your scalp benefits from hydration. Just make sure your conditioner is noncomedogenic, so that you can actually use it from roots to ends. Fusco also recommends adding a drop of oil to your leave-in conditioner for extra moisture.

Protect your Hair
